Intrecciato Woven Pouch

Hi there

Today, we're going to make a little fancy pouch

I'm going to try it.

It takes a little while, but worth it :^)

You have my promise.

So let's start one by one.

Sketch & Make a pattern

Place the pattern on your leather and cut

Create straight holes with a 6mm straight ripping chisel

(whatever tools you'd like to use)

Cut 6mm straps for weaving leather

Weave the leather straps through the holes

It's hard to put the straps through the holes, so I put a pin on the end of the straps.

Cut out the lining leather

and make a cardholder part

Put the buttons on the leather lining

Put the sponge sheet on the back side of the lining

Cut every sides of the sponge sheet by 5mm

Stick the leather and lining together

Sew every side of the leather.

I used machine

Apply edge paint on every side

Put the remaining buttons following the pattern

Fold to make a pouch
