Instant Ramen to Wholesome Pasta
Hello everyone!
I'm very very very crazy about pasta! I also love ramen, but sometimes I'm hungry and don't feel like having hot noodles and so I experiment with that a lot. One of my favorites is turning instant ramen/noodles into a delicious creamy pasta dish with whatever I can find in the fridge.

Let's go!
Supplies
- Instant noodles/ramen
- Zucchini (or any veggies you like)
- Chopped garlic
- Tomatoes
- Black pepper
- Salt
- fresh buffalo cream (you can also use regular cream or half-n-half)
- Olive oil or butter
- you'll need a pan to cook everything, a spoon to mix it and some water too!
- There's no measurements for any ingredients. You use them as much as you prefer!
- Also, I roast the tomato on open flame so I can remove the peel before chopping. I don't like floating peels in my food.

But First, Ramen Tips
You can use your favourite ramen noodles but I'll suggest stick to the classic flavours. Flavours like garlic, chicken, cheese, pizza, texmex, BBQ, indian spices, peppers, meat, noodle soup, chili, etc. go well with this recipe. Avoid shrimp, tom-yum, soy, fish sauce or anything with strong Korean or Chinese flavours (except hot garlic, hot garlic is fine)! Anything with mild Thai & Japanese flavours is okay too.
I've used the sunfeast yippee masala noodles this time.

Sautee the Veggies
Heat oil in pan and toss in the chopped garlic & zucchini. If your ramen already has a strong garlic flavour you can skip garlic here..but as I say there's never too much garlic in my pasta!
After frying the zucchini & garlic for a minute, put in the tomatoes and cook till soft. Mash the tomatoes and you can see the oil separating.
Now add a pinch of salt and as much black pepper you want.
Mix nicely and add water.

Ramen + Cream
After the water heats up, put in the noodles & spice mix from your ramen pack & cook like you usually do.
I like my noodles little tough so I've used very little water. You can always add more later.
When noodles are cooked, lower the flame and add fresh cream.
Mix nicely till the sauce thickens.

And It's Sooo Ready!
Our shortcut pasta is now ready, featuring tiny cilantro and frozen cream bits and it looks fantastic!
P.S. go ahead and garnish with more cilantro, herbs and cheese! Don't be choosy like me..or do it exactly like me, either way you're going to love it!!
P.P.S. my ramen pasta went cold while I was taking all these pictures and I realised it tastes even better that way! I'm in love with this recipe <3
