Instant Noodles With Eggs, Carrot & Tomato
2 minute instant noodles are same taste everyday and this is a new way of preparing instant noodles. It will take few more minutes as we need to prepare the ingredients
Supplies
1 pkt of instant noodles (70~75g)
200ml of water 2 eggs 1 root of carrot 1 small tomato salt as per taste Black pepper powder or Red chili as per taste
Preparation and Cooking
1. Grate the one root of carrot or cut into small long pieces
2. Take instant noodles out from the packet
3. crack two eggs into a bowl
4. Empty the instant noodles packet to a saucepan on the stove
5. Empty the packet of flavors inside the instant noodles to the same saucepan
6. Add two cups of water
7. Boil it around 2 to 4 minutes
8. Add two cracked eggs to the saucepan once the noodles become boiled and no water is there.
9. Mix well until the noodle mixer with eggs gets tick
10. Add grated or cut carrot to the saucepan and mix
11. Add salt and pepper and mix well
12. Take out from the stove
13. Its Ready to eat
