Remove the Bolt & Rubber Cushions on the Under Side of the Frame.

Lefty Losie, Righty Tighty!! Sorry Had to add. My Children Often forget that.
Remember to remove both of them. There are 2 per Vehicle Side.

Install the U-Nut Clips

To figure out which holes work for your mount, mock up the Running Boards. In other words, lift it to the rubber mount.
The domed side of the clip goes inward, and flat outward (towards the board mount).
Also, they might require a little wiggling. This is where i lost a clip. Glad I bought extras.
Do this for Both mount holes on the side of the Truck you are working on.

Place the Bolt and Rubber Piece on the Mount

The Order is Bolt, then Running Board Mount, then Rubber.
Place the Running Board

Now is the time you will need the jack and board...
Place the running board (on the ground) lookiing aligned with the mount holes.
Place the Jack with board on top of it under the middle of the Running Board you are working with.
Jack to a height you can comfortably get it placed in.

Loosely Place the Bolts (with Mount in between bolt head and rubber priece) into their respective Bolt Holes they came out of. You ONLY want to do a few turns so it will still be able to move if needed.
My Apologies, I forgot to take a Pic of this step.

Install the Bolts Into the U- Nut Clips

Now, Install the Bolts you bought into the U-Nut Clips you already installed. Remember to have the mounting Bracket positioned, and NOT to have fully Tightened the bolts YET.
It may take some wiggling to get the bolt and U-Nut Clip aligned properly.

Tighten All Bolts

Now that you have done that, Go ahead and Tighten all 4 Bolts on the Side You have bolted on.
You can look for the proper Torque Specs or Just Tighten them Tightly to what You Feel is Safe and Will not come loose.
Again. I apologize as I forgot pics of this stage so I placed a couple showing where the bolts are to be tightened.
