Affordable Housing - Make It Modular Challenge.
this tiny home was designed my martin Nunez. it offer and affordable home that looks nice and spaces and fills your needs. there is a loft /1 bedroom and 1 full bath , 1 full kitchen, it also has space to sit down . it is a modern futuristic tiny home with storage all around the house to make this tint house feel big . with all this extra space it could fit 2-3 people in the house.
Supplies
I used one shipping crate as the base for the house and wood, metal, paint. glass . There was piping for the sinks, toilet and sink.
When walking in the house you eyes will go up to see the skylight window making the space bright and Aire. when you look to your right you see a door leading to a full bathroom. It has a standup shower. toilet, and a sink to wash your hands. In the sink under there is a little storage in there to store toiletries and behind the mirror there is more storage. The shower has an over head shower head the shower is about 6-7 feet tall. there is a spot to put your soap and hang your luffas.
Exiting the bathroom is a strait case leading up to a full bedroom loft. the stair case has built in storage i wanted the stairs to be in front of the door so when walking in you can hang your jackets, coats, and place your shoes in the cubby holes built in the stairs. now lets walk up the stairs you are going to first see a dresser it holds all your cloths it has more the enough space having 3 selves and 2 hanging racks. Then turn to your right you see the bed it is a queen size bed it fits about 3 people. after all that there is still enough space to do anything like stretch, exercise , and add any of your own furniture.
Now going down the stairs to the right you will see the desk with built in shelfs. the desk is 105cm long and 50cm wide that is enough space to do anything like home work , job work, crafts, drawing , and anything you can do. then to the right of the desk there is selves built in they can hold your paper, craft supplies, pencils , and it can even just hold decorations little trinkets to make the home more yours . turn around there is a couch to sit there is storage on the top and bottom of the couch. there is a window right behind the couch so you can look outside and read or just relax.
Now the kitchen it is a full kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, and a sink there is 6 big cabinets to fit pots and there is 4 small dowers to put you forks and spoons. there is a table on the wall that fold down when ready to eat and you can get both of the chair from your desk then you can start eating.
