Basicallly the main coil induce a voltage to the knife . Inside of the knife the inner resistance creates a heat because of the induced voltage . AS we know HEAT= I^2 *R*T

Supplies

1)2 piece 0.1mh inductor

2)100mh inductor

3)220uf capacitor

4)p40nf10L 2 piece

5)Diode

6)220 ohm resistor

7)1k resistor

its good to have a oscilloscope in order to work with those projects. but if you don't have any oscilloscope you may use lt spice simulation , here I am using one to test my circuit and to learn it more carefully.

The working voltage should not exceed 12v or be lower than 5v. It only refers to the working voltage of the circuit, not the no-load voltage of the power supply! If the power supply exceeds 12v or is lower than 5v, there is a problem with the circuit.

The seller is not responsible! When using batteries or batteries for power supply, you must ensure that the working voltage is above 4.5V! If you cannot ensure that the working voltage is always above 4.5V, just

Do not use batteries or batteries for power supply! Do not use dry batteries for power supply! The 12v power supply uses a high-voltage package, with a power of about 60w. The MOS tube does not generate heat, and 12v power supply does not require heat dissipation. If you use it for induction heating, please do not work for a long time. After all, the power is limited. The primary coil of induction heating generates a lot of heat, so pay attention to heat dissipation.

The width of the object to be heated by the heating coil should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil. Do not make it too large or too small. If it is too large, it will be difficult to heat it until it is red. After all, the power is limited. If it is too small, such as an embroidery needle. , the coil cannot be sensed, causing the no-load tube to heat up and burn the tube, the maximum power is 120W (when using 12V induction heating)

When using induction heating, the power will generally be cut off for cooling after 5 minutes of operation. Because the current is relatively large during induction heating, the coil heat is also relatively large. When heating, part of the heat generated by the heated object will be transferred to the heating coil. Over time, the temperature of the heating coil will be very high. If the heating coil is connected to the terminal block, the plastic part of the terminal block will melt! It is equipped with a simple heating coil. The coil is a piece of copper wire that needs to be wound by yourself. Please pay attention to heat dissipation when heating, and use a hollow copper tube to connect it. Heating coils made of water have better heat dissipation effect! Parameters: DC 5-12V, it will not work if it is less than 5V, it will easily burn if it exceeds 12v: Current >5A. It is recommended to have more than 10A, if it is less than 5A, it may not work.

LC Circuit

When a inductor and a high voltage capacitor are attached in parallel then it called LC circuit . and for this project LC circuit is the heart .

ZVS Circuit

Induction coil with multi oscillator circuit

ZVS oscillator just oscillate the both signal at the both side which is proportionally remain 180 degree at phase
