Imitation 3d Printable Lego Flower

The LEGO company has created flowers that you can put together to create a sort of artificial bouquet of flowers. The only issue with this is that they are very expensive. My solution was to try and create a 3d home printable lego style flower

Supplies

3d Printer and 3d Printing Software

Printing

Use your 3d printer's software and upload the attached STL file and print. Included in the file are extra pieces in case of losing pieces or printing errors.

Create Stem and Base

After printing and removing filament, insert the large plus-shaped rod into the Hexagonal base piece with a plus-shaped hole sticking out of the bottom.

Make Petals

Take a left and right petal piece and glue them together. After that dries, glue the full petal to a clip piece with a slot in the back. You only need 9 of these, so you don't need to assemble any more than that.

Assemble Flower Bases

Take newly made flower clips and add 3 of them to the hexagon with a clip in the middle. Clip them to the outside, separated by 3 stigma clip pieces. Repeat this until you have 3 flower bases.

Connect Flower Bases to Stem Base

Attach the double clip connector pieces to the back of the flower bases and then attach them to every other outside clip segment on the stem base.

Optional Step

If you have any extra petal halves you can glue them to the center as seen above to fill in the middle

Find a Nice Place for Your Flowe

Find a nice place for your new LEGO flower, you can also color it if you wish to make it more vibrant and fit in with other LEGO flowers better.
