Ice Cream Mud Pie

The simplest sweet pie ever which can be made within minutes and with just 5 items. Mud pies are usually made out of cookies. Here I am using the combo of cookies and ice cream which will be a mouth-watering dessert for your party time.

For a single You will need,

Ingredients

1. Oreo cookies 5 pieces
2. Vanila icecream
3. Butter 1 spoon
4. Milk chocolate bar
5. Banana 1 piece

Tools

1. Spoon
2. Mixer grinder
3. Mixing bowl
4. Custard serving bowl

Here I have taken 5 cookies in a mixer grinder bowl. Grind them at the lowest speed for 5 seconds. Make sure that it is a little crunchy too:). So don't over grind.

I keep the cookie cream also with that. So no need of extra sugar.

Take the powdered cookies into a bowl. Add one spoon of butter. here I have taken room temperature butter. Mix it well. This will be our mud pie base.

Take the mix into the custard bowl and press against the wall with a spoon. Make it like a pit. This is our mud pies base. It should be refrigerated for 20 min for setting the base.

Cut the banana into tiny slices. You can take any other fruits of your choice. Make a layer on top of the pie base.

On top of the banana layer, pour the icecream. Make sure that the mixing is not disturbing the base layers. I have used a wooden stick to spread the icecream.

Now time for some garnishing!! I have sprinkled some chocolate on top of the ice cream. Tiny mint leaves for garnishing!!

Our ice cream mud pie is ready!!!
