IOS 14 Jailbreak

The iOS 14 version, Apple's latest iOS was announced in this year's June's Worldwide Developer Conference. Now you have its beta version also available for download via developer account.

The main topic that we are searching after every release of an iOS version is "The Jailbreak". So here you are, now we are going to talk about jailbreak.

What are the possible jailbreak tools?

Usually, we are using a few main jailbreak tools for jailbreak iDevices. Checkra1n and Unc0ver are the main jailbreak tools among them.

By now Checkra1n team has updated about their progress for the iOS 14 jailbreak processes. Two developers from the Checkra1n developer team have already posted about some updates on their Twitter accounts.

There were two twitter posts shared. One post was with the detail showing Checkra1n jailbreak successfully running iPhone X on iOS 14. And the other one was showing Cydia package manager properly working on iPhone X running on iOS 14.

But, still, Checkra1n didn't officially release any jailbreak for iOS 14. Those developers also accepted that there is so much work to do before getting ready for jailbreak iOS 14.

Usually, checkra1n is compatible with the only A5 - A11 devices and it is not compatible with A12 and A13 devices. But unfortunately, iOS 14 is not supported for A5 devices and A6 devices and they will remain in iOS 12 or 13 versions and will possibly jailbreak using the Checkra1n jailbreak tool.

We cannot even talk about Unc0ver jailbreak for the iOS 14 version because Un0ver is still in the game of jailbreak since iOS 12 versions. First Unc0ver was released for the iOS 12 version and after that, it was updated for iOS 13 Jailbreak. Perhaps there will be an update for the iOS 14 in the update. If not, it is the right time to update it. However, we have to wait for their response. The main thing is, Unc0ver has the high supportability for iOS 14 jailbreak for A12, A13, and A14 devices either Checkra1n does not have the compatibility for A12, A13, and A14 jailbreak.
