IMMO Tool Cannot Be Run Without a License Key

My IMMO Tool V26.12.2007 reported an error when I run its software this morning. The system prompted that “Sorry, this software cannot be run without a license key. Please contact support @yoursite.com”. I bought the tool from China two weeks ago, shipped free. It was my first time used the IMMO Tool since I got it. Maybe I missed something.

So I contacted the customer service Nancy and told her about the problem. Nancy was kind and responsible. She said she had to ask their technicians and would let me know the answer soon.

A few minutes later, she replied that the error message popped up because I need to activate the software. The activation required my tools ID. I did not know the ID, and Nancy told me that it was the string of numbers I got when running the tool.

I rerun the software, wrote down the ID, gave it to Nancy, and had them activated the software for me. The activation only took a few minutes, and the error window did not show up anymore.
