Locate the panel near the side window. Pry open the panel.

Carefully remove the panel to preserve the clips. If you do happen to damage the clips the package does come with extras just in case.

Take the two screws circled out.

Now, mount your new FJ Cruiser LED Cowl Light Bracket and screw it back in place. This available gap is to accommodate the cowl light bracket that is 3mm wide and the mounting bracket measures at 2.9mm. You should have a nice snug fit.

Time for wiring. Route the wires in and through the engine bay and tap the wires accordingly. Then put the panel back in place.

Mount your brand new iJDMTOY Toyota FJ Cruiser LED Cowl Light and you're all done. Test and make sure everything works accordingly and repeat the process on the other side.
