This iJDMTOY Truck LED Lighting Assembly wiring guide will help you wire everything yourself up and teach you step by step the correct ways. After you are done installing your LED lights you're going to want to wire everything up and you'll be able to say you did everything yourself in just a few steps.

Get all the shorter section of the output wires (white and black wires) and disable the terminals. You can do this by using some black tape to individually tape each terminal separately so they do not touch, Then cover both terminals together.

Tap the red trigger wire to headlight positive and the black wire to headlight positive. We are tapping these wires to headlight positive/negative so the LED light bar will light up when the headlights are on. This will protect the battery from drainage because when your car is off, the headlights will also automatically turn off so even if you forget to turn off the switch, the LED bar will turn off along with the headlights.
