Description
The ID-22 Probe Droid is a Recon Droid meant to Magnetically attach on to surfaces, with the large magnet on the underside, and conduct extended reconnaissance mission's.
Its head can rotate, the antenna is retractable, and it has various zoom and/or vision mode's on it's three lenses. The back of the droid has an access panel for important maintenance on the job, detaching its head is required for more serious repair's. A power port and a holoprojector for communications with on site personnel or its operator. Finally, the ID-22 includes a Data port for slicing and operation of security systems.
I will definitely keep working on this little dude to refine the design and to maybe some day print the droid out to go with my costume! My main goal with this project was to create something that my Mandalorian would have use for! I do wish I could refine this more in time for the contest, but overall I'm decently happy with how this turned out as I'm still learning fusion 360!
