IBD Builder Gel Tutorial

Knowing how to work builder gel on your nails is a huge thing. The many steps of the process help you understand why your nails can last as long as possible and safely. Today I am going to be showing you how to do your nails safe and efficiently.

Supplies

The materials needed are most important for this. The materials used are nail tips, a nail file, nail clippers, nail wipes, nail glue, a builder gel brush, IBD builder gel, a dehydrator, a dapper dish, acetone, and a bonder.

Prep

The 1st step is to file or buff the shiny layer off the nails.

The 2nd step is to glue the nail tip on. Place the glue on the edge of your nail, hold the tip at a 45-degree angle, and hold for 5-10 seconds.

The 3rd step is to cut the nail to the preferred length. Then, file it in the shape of your choice.

Bonder

The 4th step is to apply the bonder. Brush it from the cuticle to the free edge of the nail. Then cure for 60 seconds. It should feel grainy after it's been cured.

Builder Gel

Apply a thin layer of the IBD builder gel and cure for 60 seconds. Repeat the step depending on how thick you would like the nails to be.

This is what the final product should look like. This method ensures it will last two or more weeks!
