Add Ears
Draw a Face (make Sure Its Scary) and Colour It In
Draw a Black Body
Add Tall Thin Legs
Add a Left Arm Waving
Add a Right Idle Arm
Thicken the Arms Out
Add Gloves
Blood!!!!
Add Brown Legs
Add a Body
A Neck Sirens and a Hand
Grab a Pen and Draw the Moon
