How to Wrap Your Hands With Hand Wraps

If you're going to go into any fighting sports it is essential that you have the right tools to protect yourself. Hand wraps protect your hands and wrists while you're wearing gloves and how you put them on determines the protection you get from them. To make sure that you don't end up breaking your hand smacking up a punching bag or something we're gonna give you a step by step guide to wrapping your hands with 180'' inch wraps.

Step 1.

Make sure the loop is on your thumb with the correct side down on top of your wrist.

Step 2.

Wrap the wrap around your wrist once then half way down the previous wrap once then wrap back up to the wrist.

Step 3.

Once your done with step 2 turn over your hand and begin wrapping up your hand.

Step 4.

Wrap up your hand while keeping the wrap away from the thumb until you wrap over your knuckles.

Step 5.

Take the wrap and wrap around your finger/top knuckle and come back around where you started wrapping your finger/top knuckle.

Step 6.

keep wrapping all your fingers the same way you did in step 5 (always returning to where you started wrapping the first finger) until you get to your thumb.

Step 7.

coming from the thumb side of your palm wrap around your thumb until you get to your wrist.

Step 8.

Wrap up to the place where you started wrapping your fingers again and then wrap coming from the opposite side then going over your knuckles.

Step 9.

Wrap to the opposite side again but this time wrap down to the opposite side from the thumb wrist and wrap down your wrist until you reach the bottom edge for your wrap.

Last Step

Now throw on the Velcro and do the same for the other hand. Now you're gucci and ready to go woop ass like Muhammad Ali or Holly Holm (sorry Ronda).
