How to Sew a Pillowcase From a T-shirt

So i have a bunch of t-shirts in a drawer. And for various reasons I don't want to part with them. However I won't wear them either. I came up with this idea so that i can enjoy my t-shirts from vacations, etc... It's easy and quick. And don't throw the sleeves away. They can be recycled into many things. Look for my next instructable.

Turn your T wrongside out and stitch around the outside edges making sure to catch both sides when you sew past the neck opening. I used black thread so that you could see the stitching but you should match your thread color to your T-shirt. Make sure to back stitch at the edges and also at the corners.

Trim away the excess. save the sleeves for another instructable or for washing the car, dusting furniture, or any other small job.

Turn your t-shirt right side out and pop in your standard size pillow. I used a mens large t but if you have x-lg or bigger you can use them for queen and even king size pillows. They are great for summer sleeping when it's warm and youy have to change your pillowcase more often.
