Measure the inside width of the top of you lacrosse head.

Then cut one chopstick to length with the knife and point the edges.

Now insert the pointed ends into the top side wall holes.

Creating the "pinch"

Loosely tie the side wall string around the middle of the head and through the side wall but make sure the knot is super tight.

Now take a cut down chopstick and place it in between the gap in the side wall string, begin twisting.

Once the desired pinch is achieved, place the other chopstick through a hole in the side of the stick to keep the twisted string from unravelling.

Boil a large amount of water in a big enough pan to fit your lacrosse head in.

Once the water is boiling, place the head (bottom side in first) in the water.
Keep it there for about 5 minutes.
(I know i put it head first, I later had to flip it)

Now run the head under cold water to cool it off.

Finishing Touches
