before you begin painting, make sure you tape up any part of the gun you don't want painted. also, tape up any moving parts. in the picture you can see I have taped the barrel and the pistol grip.

when painting camp, make sure you have a light base layer, then as you paint, you can add the darker colors in. I painted mine tan.

Making the Camo Stencils

While the base layer of paint is drying on your gun you can begin making the stencils. To make the stencils you just draw any pattern you want on paper and cut it out with an exacto knife after that you can go out into the area you will be playing in and find some natural vegetation to use as a stencil also.

Paint on the Stencils

When painting with stencils you want to start with your lightest color and end with your darkest color. After you have painted on your stencil you may want to touch up the paint job with your base color again.

Clear Coat Your Paint Job

After you are done painting the camo, you'll want to go back to the gun and paint over it with a clear sealant so that you will not ruin your paint job.

Finished!

After you have applied all the paint and a protective coating you want to let the gun dry for half a day. after that time is up, remove your tape and reassemble your gun.
