How to Origami a Crane
This is a worldwide well-known model.
When opening up the finished model, avoid crushing the back.
White Side Up
White side up, fold in half diagonally.
Fold right corner to the left.
Open Top Layer and Squash
Open top layer and squash fold left corner to the bottom corner.
Fold right flap all the way to the left.
Open top layer and squash fold left corner to the bottom corner.
Fold Top Raw Edges
Fold top raw edges to the center crease.
Fold top corner down along folded egdes and unfold.
Petal Fold Bottom Corner
Petal fold bottom corner to the top using existing creases.
Fold raw edges to the center and unfold.
Petal fold bottom corner to the top using existing creases.
Fold Lower Folded Edges
Fold lower folded edges to the center.
Inside-reverse Fold Left Point Up
Inside-reverse fold left point up.
Fold in progress.
Inside-reverse Fold Right Point Up
Inside- reverse fold right point up.
Inside-reverse fold left point to form head.
Inflate Into Small Hole
Inflate into small hole at bottom and／or pull wings apart to open up crane.
