3 teaspoons cinnamon

Set the Oven to 350 Degrees.
Grease and Flour the Pans
Sift All Dry Ingredients in a Bowl
In a Separate Bowl, Use the Mixer to Blend the Liquid Ingredients Together. This Includes the Can of Pumpkin.
Take the Dry Ingredients and Pour Into the Liquid Ingredients. Stir Enough Just to Moisten.
Pour the Batter Into the Pans.
I recommend that three 9x5 loaf pans are used so the bread bakes all the way through easily.
*Optional: Sprinkle Pumpkin Seeds on the Top.
Bake in 325 Degrees for an Hour to an Hour and Ten Min.
