How to Make Two Cool Effects in Paint.NET

This is an instructable on how to make a cool effect in pain.net
As you can see below

What you will need:
a computer (not smashed to bits is reccomended)
pant.net
A minute or two

Load up paint.net
Scribble on the page
click render at the top
click on Julia fractal or mandelbrot fractal
give a size and.........................
Dramatic dots..............................

Give a background colour (or color im australian)
Save it
add it as a background
HAVE FUN
