How to Make the Cotton Candle

I have found another way to use cotton balls for fire starting that is more efficient than other cotton ball preparations.  So grab some vaseline, some cotton balls, a butter knife, some tin foil, and maybe some rubber gloves because vaseline gets messy.  I'll show you how to make this cotton candle.
