In this video you will see how to make an omelette. It is a fast way to fix lunch or when cut in small portions (triangles) it can be served for brunch. To make it more filling I put some spaghetti in, ham & salami as well as vegetables of all kinds. I like the vegetables well cooked but if you prefer to have some crunch to them, don’t sautee them too long.
