How to Make a Spin Drum Part 1

Supplies:
wooden dowel
1/4 inch thick pine board.  I cut mine 3/4 inch by 1 1/2 inch
wood glue
hot glue
dog bone (can also use a harvested raw hide)
string
scissors
Optional leather punch
