How to Make a Sky Rocketing Paper Airplane

IMAG0013.jpg
This is my little step by step on how you can make the best air gliding  paper air plane yet. This should not be a difficult process, and as long as you follow direction you should be well on your way to success. The Intro, and the first step are two pictures of the finished product.

Materials:
1 sheet of printer paper (optional but printer paper works best)
Tape (optional)
Paperclip (optional)

Step 1

Before starting this project take your time when folding for best results. There is no need to rush through this process.

Step 2

First simply start off by finding some printer paper, tape, and paper clip to start your project. Fold that printer paper in half vertically, so that the paper crease on it is vertical.

Step 3

Fold the top two corners inwards so that they meet in the middle of the crease and form a right triangle

Step 4

Then you fold the point down to the crease so the flaps you folded in the previous step are tucked under this fold. The paper should now look like the back of an envelope.

Step 5

Next fold the two top corners to the middle crease, so that a sort of diamond is formed at the top, and a little point at the bottom.

Step 6

Fold this point so that it secures the flaps against the crease.

Step 7

Fold the paper in half along the vertical crease from step 1, so that the folds made in the previous steps are facing outwards. The small triangular fold will later become the bottom of the plane.

Step 8

Fold both side flaps down to the bottom so that the wings are nicely aligned with the bottom of the airplane. Slightly unfold the wings so that it is perpendicular to the body of the airplane and form a flat surface next to each other.

Step 9

The paper clip or tape can be used to make the plane more stable, so that the plane can fly further. This is not recommended.

Step 10

Finally your airplane is done. Test it. Your airplane results will be determined
by your folding process.
