How to Make a Good Soldier Costume Form Team Fortress 2.

tf2soldier.jpg
This instructable, obviously, will show you how to make a good soldier costume from team fortress 2.

First off, follow this great grenade tutorial for the grenades on his ammo belt across the chest. I ended up NOT plastering them, and used cardboard instead of posterboard.
Hooray to Parker's Tutorials!

Then spray-paint the grenades dark green or black, or a darkish gray. Then spray the middle squares orange. I will get more picture as i get more things for this costume. My friend's probably going as scout, but there's already some kick-but scout tutorials out there, so go look at those if you want scouts =)
(I think everyone goes as scout when they're not in a group)

Supplies and Materials Needed.

You will need these things. The <'s are the ones I have already, i can use this as a checklist, right?

Black pants or jeans <

An over-sized helmet

A Shovel is what I'm using, but feel free to make yourself a prop RPG or shotgun =) <
A belt to store grenades that goes from the right shoulder to the left waist <

Another belt for just your waist <

Boots that go to the knees

And patches to sow on the upper arm that have rocket logo is optional, if you're going for every little detail :) <

and, depending which team you're on, a RED or light BLU shirt.

I, actually, don't have quiet EVERYTHING yet, but I'm working on it...deadline's September 4th...
Now, for the assembly.

You Know How to Put on Clothes Right? :P

You will need to take your grenades and attach them to the belt somehow. I I think I'm going to glue or tape them, because i can! You wear the helmet on your head, boots on your feet, belts on your waist and grenade belt on your shoulder, etc.

Then, you go and pwn those RED-team ladies with your shovel and scream above their dead bodies!!...It's for cosplay, of course. :-D Comments are appreciate, I know it's not the best tutorial, but I hope it helps!
