This fire starter or outdoor candle is cheep it's made of recycled materials.
Tools and Parts

Can
Ruler
Crayons
Scissor
Cardboard or thick paper

Cut the can to 2 inches with there scissor.


Then take the paper or cardboard cut it to 2 inches wide in to stripes then stuff it in the can and then melt the crayons and put it on top of the paper or cardboard.
