How to Make an Easy Ipad/ Book Stand

How to make an easy Ipad/ book stand.

Needed a cheap and easy Ipad/ book stand.
so I came up with this design.

YOU WILL NEED-
-Two 8" x 8 1/2" pieces of scrap wood
- Two hinges 8 screws (should come with the hinges)
- string
- Two Screws to use as holding pegs
- hot glue gun
-drill
-wood sander
-screwdriver
-scissors
-safety glasses
-Wood saw

Cutting the Wood With Coping Saw

Sanding the Pieces

I used  rough grain sand paper and smooth grain sand paper.

Screwing in the Hinges

I used the drill to make a small hole before screwing in the hinges.

Holding Pegs

so now that you have the hinges on, you can screw in your holding pegs to the width of the book or your ipad.

Gluing on the String So That the Stand Doesn't Open Up Too Far.
