Learn how to make a very original and colourful birthday card!

You need:

-paper
-pastels or colour pencils
-scissors
-glue
-a compass

First, you need to draw circles of different sizes in the centre of three pieces of paper. I used circles of 7, 6 and 5 cm diameter.

Now, add green leaves to the largest circle and turn the smaller ones into flowers.

When drawing the leaves, make sure that:
-they start at the circle
-they're a bit shorter than the circles diameter
otherwise, you won't be able to fold them properly afterwards.

Be creative, and write your wish in the centre of the smallest flower.

Now, place the three pieces on top of each other. Fold the leaves to the centre and make sure that all folded pieces fit into each other. You may need to make some adjustments if you made the leaves too big.

Assemble your flower by glueing each piece onto the next in the centre.

That's it!
Now, fold the flower up and put a small piece of duct tape on top, to keep it shut. The person you give this to will have a nice surprise when unfolding it!
