How to Make a Winterfell Manhattan

Variation on a perfect manhattan, with different bitters, lemon peel instead of cherries, and a cube. For Eddard Stark's severed head.

Ready to make a Winterfell Manhattan?

Let's make sure you've got all the ingredients you need.

2 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye
1/2 oz Dolin dry
1/2 oz Dolin sweet
1 dash angostura
2 dash orange bitters
Lemon peel
Big cube

Build in a beaker, stir, strain over big cube, and nail it with the peel. (The rittenhouse and Dolins can be swapped for your favorite alternatives.)
