How to Make a Sunny Spinach Pie Recipe

For the Dough:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup cold water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
For the stuffing:
350g spinach
350g ricotta cheese
100g parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2 chopped onion
3 chopped garlic clove
