How to Make a Streamlight Stylus Pro Easier to Turn On

This instructable will demonstrate how to make a streamlight stylus pro easier to turn on. Some may find that the Stylus Pro is difficult to turn on an off due to the length of travel of the button.
Disassemble the Tail Cap of the Stylus Pro


Rotate the tail cap counter clockwise until it comes off. The pocket clip should not be rotating. If it is than you are turning the wrong portion of the Stylus Pro
Size and Cut a Zip Tie


Size and cut the ribbed portion of a standard 8 inch zip tie. Cut it to about 1 millimeter by 1 millimeter.
Placing the Zip Tie

Place the 1 mil x 1 mil in the end of the tail cap.
Replace the Tailcap

Replace the tailcap to the body of the Stylus pro.
