A @demonbitters original. For the third in the shrub experiment I have used it as the sweet element in place of triple sec ( having previously used it as sour and as both). This is my favourite. But then I love Mezcal.

50ml Mezcal
25ml homemade citrus shrub
12.5ml lime juice

Shake and strain. Not feeling fancy now.
