How to Make a Derby Cocktail

I'm not sure if this is an authentic Derby day substitute for a Mint Julep but it's a sure tasty drink none the less. There are a lot of cocktails called Derby. One of the most common is just gin and peach bitters. This variation is a pretty classic sour with sweet vermouth providing an interesting contrast.
