How to Make a Chilli Mocha!

I don't have this coffee very often because it is rich, creamy and tastes great, but it isn't the cheapest...

You will need:

     -chilli chocolate
-coffee (i use freshly ground beans)
     -milk

Step 1 - Melt the Chocolate

I used the frother on my espresso machine to melt the chocolate but there are several other ways like using your microwave. I used half of the chocolate because I find it too rich if i use any more. You can use a little or as much as you like, experiment with it until you find one you like! The frother started to spray chocolate everywhere so i covered the jug with the chocolate wrapper. It is really easy!

Step 2 - Add Milk and Froth It!

When the chocolate is melted add milk and froth it (if you have a frother).

If you don't have a frother i found that you can pour hot milk into a french press and pump the handle up and down until it looks creamy!

Step 3 - Make the Coffee

Make the coffe however you normally make it! I use an espresso machine.

Step 4 - Add the Milk/Chocolate and Decorate!

Add the milk/chocolate to the coffee and top off with anything you like. e.g chocolate powder
Drink and enjoy!!

This is my fist intractable so I know it isn't the best! Also, I understand that this drink is not for everyone - you might not like chocolate or chilli, etc. but I know I enjoy it so I thought I would share this with everyone.
