How to Make Pumpkin Pie and Pie Crust

Filling ingredients

1. 1 can condensed milk
2. 2 whole eggs
3. 1 egg yolk
4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1/2 tsp ginger
7. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
8. 1 can of pumpkin puree or equivalent cooked pumpkin
9. 3/4 cup of sugar

Crust ingredients

1. 1 cup of flour
2. 2-3 tablespoon of water ( 1 tablespoon at a time until right)
3. 1 tsp of baking powder
4. 1 stick of butter Cold
