How to Cut a Mango Decoratively

You need a ripe mango, a sharp knife, and that's it!
This instructable will teach you how to cut a mango that is very beautiful.

1. cut the two sides off the mango, getting as close to the seed as possible
2. cross-cut one of the mango sides.  
3. flip the mango side inside out to get the 'porcupine' effect
4 repeat with the other side of the mango
5 eat the middle with the seed

compost your mango skins.
