How to Create a Bootable USB to Install Linux or Windows From a USB
It is sometimes difficult to find out how to format your computer nowadays: new laptops come without a CD drive, and that means that we need to have a bootable USB stick.
This tutorial shows how to make a bootable USB stick where you can put Linux or Windows, or both at the same time, in a USB drive. The installation process afterwards is the same as with the CD-ROM drives
You will need
-1 USB
-The computer you want to install Linux or Windows in. If you choose a Linux version, you will be able to download it directly from the official website while preparing the USB stick.
YUMI (the program to create the bootable USB) can be found here: http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/
I chose to use Puppy Linux for this tutorial because it is lightweight, and especially to test if it works, it is best if you do not have to wait for the program to load big files.
This process is quick and simple, let me know if you have problems or have further questions!
