Step one:

Sieve 500g flour with baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.

Step two:

Now mix 375g margarine with 375g sugar in a big bowl till its a creamy dough.

Step three:

Mix six teaspoonfuls of soy flour with twelve teaspoonfuls of water in a cup and put it into dough.

Step four:

Put flour spoon for spoon into dough.

Step five:

For the taste I put now

a) 40g cacao

b)15g vanilla sugar and two vanilla bean (scratched out)

into dough. ( I made one of variant a) and two of variant b))

Step six:

The oven should be preheated to 170°celsius. You fill the dough in a greased rectangular baking pan, cross a spoon through dough and give the pie into oven for circa 80 minutes.

Step seven:

Remove the pie from oven and allow it to rest for five minutes. Now turn out the pie on a cake grate(kuchengitter) and let it cool off.

The Chocolate Cream

Ingredients:

400ml cream

375g dark chocolate broken in pieces

Preparation:

Pour cream in a cooking pot and bring it to a boil. But you have to stear the cream all the time with an egg whip!

When its hot you put chocolate into the cooking pan and melt it.

Take the cooking pan down from cooker and pour chocolate cream in a bowl to cool down. I put this bowl in another bowl with cold water so it cooled faster.

Now you have your "building material":

Three pies for columns and arch of the Pi

and a bowl of chocolate cream to dress the Pi

assembly instruction:

Rectify two of the pies which you need for columns so you can arrange them face to face.

For the arch you cut the edge top left and down right.

Dress all pies with chocolate cream and put the arch on top of columns.

Now you can beautify with chocolate cream like you want.

Yeah!Its ready!
