How to Use 40A Forward Reverse Speed Adjustable DC Motor Controller

Brief Introduction
- Model: DC10V-50V DC drive
- 40A power reversing governor
- Polarity relay switch 80A built two high-current relay
Preparing Materials
Before getting started, prepare all the materials that u need as stated below :
1. Motor Controller Board
2. Forward and Reverse Switch
3. Speed Adjustable Potentiometer
4. 12V 2200mAh Battery or any DV Voltage between 12V-15V
5. 12V DC Motor
BEFORE YOU ATTEMPTING TO THE WIRE CONTROLLER, MAKE SURE THE POWER IS OFF.
Connect Power and Motor
Next, you have to connect a 12V 2200mAh battery to the power port referring to the wiring diagram and connect a DC motor to the motor controller's motor port.
WARNING: DO NOT REVERSE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE POWER LOADS.THIS WILL DAMAGE THE MOTOR CONTROLLER
Testing Switch and Potentiometer
You can try to change the direction of the motor by switching either the forward or reverse switch. You can also adjust the speed of the motor by tuning the potentiometer from minimum to maximum.
