How to Throw a Nasty 2 Seam

Have you ever wanted to impress your friends? Well now you can learn a new way to do just that. By throwing a 2 seam fast ball.

You will need a baseball and to be eager to try new things. Athleticism won't hurt.

First, you need to grab the ball.

Next, you need the laces shown in the picture.

Then, you need your pointer and middle finger on the laces as shown in the picture.

Now, make sure your thumb is on the bottom of the ball, and your pinky and ring finger are off to the side.

Then, you need to get in a throwing motion with the ball as shown in the pictures above.

Last step, release the ball.
