How to Take Screenshots on IMac

This instructable is for kids/adults with an iMac and are wondering how to take screenshots. It is actually extremely simple and similar to how you would do it on a Chromebook or other device.
I will teach you two ways.
Whole Screen Screenshots

If you ever want to take a screenshot of your full screen, press: command-shift-3 or shift-command-3
Remember that order matters. If you press 3-shift-command, the shortcut will not work most times.
Select Screenshots

If you only want to screenshot a certain portion of your screen, use command-shift-4, or shift-command-4.
A cursor should show up with the coordinates of where it is. Highlight the portion of screen you want to screenshot and don't release the mouse or keypad until you have highlighted the whole thing. Upon release, the screenshot will be taken.
All Done!
Hope this short instructable helped you somehow! Byee
