In the quest to be a supremely annoying sibling, I stumbled across this precious gem while reading a book one day. This is one of those projects that is simple, but deadly for those trying to have some peace in the house! It really does sound like a dying duck.
Supplies

Yup, that's it. A plastic cup and about a foot of whatever string you can find will do.
Making It

Making this project is as simple as it looks. Poke a hole in the bottom of your cup and thread your string through. Then, tie a hole at the end of the string on the outside of the cup big enough to keep the string from sliding through.
Using It

To use this, uh, thing, slide a damp paper towel down the string while holding the cup. Trust me, you'll know when you do it right. After doing it a few times with the paper towel, you should be able to make it work with just your hands after the string gets wetter.
