How to Share Your Digital Files to Everyone With Dropbox

Dropbox is a program that allows you to synchronize your files (documents pictures and videos) across any electronic device (smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers) through the internet. This allows you to easily sync all of your data between all of your devices and share it with others.

Sign Up for Dropbox

Go to https://www.dropbox.com/ and sign up!

This could be done in your computer, iphone, android phone.

Creating Account

Provide your First name, Last Name, e-mail address, and a password at Dropbox.com.

Selecting Space

Choose size.PNG

The free space of 2 gigabytes is a good amount to start plus by completing some extra steps you can double your free size amount.

Allocating Files

Move the files you want to upload and organize it the way you want to present it to others into one folder and then right click the folder to send it to Dropbox.

Obtain Your Dropbox Link

To share your pictures, you need a Dropbox link. Right click your folder and select “Share Dropbox link”

Sharing Time!!

Start sharing your link to your friends as well as to your social media websites.

a) Click on the dropbox icon on your taskbar and first click the settings icon (gear) and then click ‘Preferences…’

b) From the pop-up window, click on ‘Change AutoPlay Settings’

c) From that pop-up, choose the ‘Import photos and videos (Dropbox)’ option from the dropdown as shown and click save.

d) Don’t forget to click the Apply button from the screen shown.
