Hey there!

In this instructable, I will show how to make a small, felt book.

You will need:

Felt - the color of your binding and pages

Thread - to match the felt

A needle

Scissors

Oh! And how about a little doll friend to read and carry the book?

Cutting Out the Pieces

Cut out a cover, pages, and a little strip for binding.

NOTE:

The last picture is for what I did in step 4. It's very optional. You can cut them out later if you want.

First, round stitch down the side of all the pages together. Then, sew on the tan binding.

Make Sure Everything Fits

For this step, I layered all my pieces together in the way that I wanted the book to fit, so I could see if any trimming needed to be done to the pages.

(OPTIONAL) Sewing the Cover

So... I wanted the inside of the book to be a different color from the cover, so I round stitched two red pieces onto the grey outside.

Insert the Pages

Sew in the pages by sewing the tan binding to the cover, and it's done!
