I'm showing the horse the brush so he will not get scared of the brush/sudden movements.

Once you have shown the brush to the horse you can brush the horse's back, stomach, butt, and legs.

Once again show the horse the blanket then put the blanket on the horses back and align it to the withers.

While putting the saddle on the horse have the horse smell the saddle, then we can put the saddle on the horse and align it with the withers once again.

Cinching the Front Cinch

When cinching the front cinch make sure it is by the horse's armpit, then pull the strap through the buckle until it's at the right tightness where you can comfortably put your fingers between the cinch and the horse. Once you have done this you can put the cinch fully together like a belt.

Cinching the Back Cinch

The back cinch is much easier than the front cinch. All you have to do is pull the strap through the loop and hook it like a belt. Once you have done this you want to make sure you can fit your fist between the cinch and the horse's stomach.

Putting on the Breast Collar

When you are putting on the breast collar you take the two top sides and connect them to each side of the saddle. Then you can take the bottom strap and hook it to the front cinch.

To make sure the front cinch stays tight enough you can have the horse stand for 10-15min and walk them around if the cinch still feels comfortable with your fingers in between the horse and cinch you have succsesfully saddled a horse.
