How to Remove a Yoke With a Bearing Puller

We made use of a heavy duty push puller with bearing splitter to remove a stubborn yoke because we did not have immediate access to the industry highly used Tiger Tool yoke puller.
Supplies

Bearing splitter; Push pull tool; two crescent wrenches; and WD 40

Thoroughly lubricate all bolts; Place bearing splitter around the yoke and tighten it securely with nuts to clamp down

Screw the push puller into the bearing splitter and tighten metal braces against cross member.

Screw the main bolt into the center of the driveshaft.

Tighten the nut on the crossmember of the push pull and place a crescent wrench to keep its leverage against it.

Turn outside nut with second crescent wrench until yoke is loosen.
If too difficult to turn with hand strength get someone to use leg strength as you hold the second from slipping off.
