This is just a simple way to remove rust from tools.

Some needle nose pliers a can of WD40 a cup or so of vinegar and a sanding block.

Vinegar

First you want to put them in a cup of vinegar and let them soak for maybe 12 hours?

Then I took them apart and let them soak in WD40 for a while.

Sanding

I sanded the blade part with the block. After that I used the needle files and got the little nooks and crannies.

Oiling

So you’ll need some olive oil and you just want to soak a cloth and then rub down the blade.

Thoughts

I probably should have soaked it in vinegar longer and sanded I bit more it works
