How to produce foaming/ frothing at the mouth special effect as seen in popular horror/ zombie movies.

We recently released the short thriller film "Demented" in which a psychotic nurse tortures a helpless detective. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnPHVexGHIE SPOILER ALERT: The film has a gruesome death scene at the end where we required our actor to foam/ froth at the mouth as his heart packed in and he died.

This no budget special effect utilising sweet shop sherbet and household water mixed together gently and slowly released from the mouth. It's tasty, cheap and harmless. You're actors will love you.
